	<title>MIDWEEK - Can We Be Led Astray?</title>
	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Aimee confront the common concern that some have voiced when visiting the FBN site or the Facebook page, when they encounter posts that advertise skewed doctrine or bad theology. Some people have suggested that as long as we allow people to post whatever opinions they have, we are running the risk of allowing them to lead people astray. Is it really possible for a person who knows God to be led astray? Would being led astray be evidence that a person was oblivious to truth in the first place or is this a justified fear? How far should we go in order to &amp;ldquo;guard the sheep.&amp;rdquo; At what point is it just a matter of control and manipulation? Who&amp;rsquo;s job is it to guard our hearts against false teaching and how do we go about that?</itunes:subtitle>

Ed speaks a little about his journey on the Free Believer path and what that might look like in the coming months and years. He shares his concerns and opens up about the things he&amp;rsquo;s insecure about on a personal level in regards to where things are heading with Christianity. <title>Love Pries</title>
	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Aimee have an interesting discussion about how upside down we often view life and relationships. Many of us spend much of our time toiling over how we can become comfortable with ourselves enough to open up to others. This seems to be a running Christian theme that is brought up about as often as Jesus and the cross. Is that were our focus should really be? Darin talks about how his mind works when he meets a new person and the question is raised whether or not &amp;ldquo;opening up&amp;rdquo; to others is as important as getting others to open up. True love&amp;rsquo;s focus isn&amp;rsquo;t about opening it&amp;rsquo;s own heart, but it&amp;rsquo;s obsessed with prying open the hearts of others.</itunes:subtitle>

	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Amy confront what has become a popular clich&amp;eacute; in both the Institutional and Free Believers worlds. The statement, &amp;ldquo;Don&amp;rsquo;t judge me&amp;rdquo; has been spun and turned into a spiritually manipulative excuse to indulge in destructive behavior without having to answer to anyone for it. A staggering number of Christians act as if any form of being &amp;ldquo;called out on the mat&amp;rdquo; for their actions is contrary to the grace message. NOTHING could be further from the truth. Those who subscribe to this silly mindset have literally pillaged loves heart. If you love a person, you don&amp;rsquo;t even ask whether or not it&amp;rsquo;s okay to call them out on the mat when you know they&amp;rsquo;re destroying themselves.</itunes:subtitle>

	<title>Self-Love and Judgement</title>
	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Amy Ramos discuss the problem of a judgmental spirit and what it&amp;rsquo;s really doing to our relationships. It&amp;rsquo;s a cheap escape from true intimacy. Many times we do it to avoid standing face to face with the authentic center of another person. In our insecurity we find a replacement identity for people we don&amp;rsquo;t wish to encounter personally. The problem is that this mindset of exchanging someone's true identity with a lie is that we ultimately make the same exchange when it comes to knowing ourselves and God.</itunes:subtitle>

	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Aimee talk about how the human heart needs time alone after being abused and tormented in a relationship for years. For many of us who have suffered spiritual abuse and who have believed terrible lies about the heart of God, we need time to ourselves before entering into another full fledged relationship. God is patient with those of us who need this time to heal. He waits with us like a gentleman until we are ready for true intimacy.</itunes:subtitle>

	<title>Intimacy Under Attack</title>
	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Aimee talk about how the institutional church is set up in the same way the world is. With almost all that we do inside of institutionalism, there is an anti-intimacy theme that many of us have missed altogether. It&amp;rsquo;s amazing how we are able to rationalize our way into relationships that are completely void of depth and intimacy and then live our entire lives without noticing it. Part of the walk in the wild is coming to a place in life where true relationship is more attractive to us then anything else in the world.</itunes:subtitle>

	<title>MIDWEEK - Militant Mindsets</title>
	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Aimee talk about how the truth of grace and love has been so distorted in this generation that many people have actually given themselves to militancy and forcefulness. Youth groups typically present the Christian life as something adventurous and dangerous. Radical names are selected that sound rebellious and angry for the group and this next generation is encouraged to see Christianity in an almost terrorist like fashion. For many people this Christian soldier mentality is something they need to feel excited about their faith. Breaking free from this mentality usually causes depression and a feeling of failure because life in general is not like this. This is a great conversation. You&amp;rsquo;ll love the story at the beginning.</itunes:subtitle>

<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Amy Ramos talk about what it takes to lift others up. For years we have been raised in a system that believes people are motivated and encouraged by someone better than them. Pastors present themselves as having arrived to a level of spirituality to everyone else must strive to achieve. Congregations demand perfection out of their leaders because they&amp;rsquo;ve been trained to expect it. When we love people we understand that getting beneath them is what&amp;rsquo;s required to lift them up.</itunes:subtitle>

	<title>MIDWEEK - Pain the Price</title>
	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Aimee talk about a letter Darin received from a friend, broken hearted over the abuse and pain of her past. The two get into a conversation about the things that pain and suffering &amp;ldquo;purchase&amp;rdquo; for us in our lives. Most of us have something from our past that we feel we still need healing from. We go over and over what happened and how it tore us apart. We pray and ponder why it happened or why it was even allowed to happen. It&amp;rsquo;s easy to make a lifestyle out of seeking healing while completely overlooking the greater thing we came away with after that terrible experience. In some cases it just might be that healing is not what&amp;rsquo;s needed, but a greater revelation of what that incident purchased. The greatest qualities in a persons heart are put there through the deepest suffering. Heart growth comes at a steep price and some people have paid that price without ever bothering to look at what it is they actually purchased.</itunes:subtitle>

	<title>The Purpose Driven Life</title>
	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Robert talk about how many of us have been deeply wounded and crippled by our present understanding of &amp;ldquo;purpose&amp;rdquo; and &amp;ldquo;calling.&amp;rdquo; Countless, sincere Christians have been raised in a letter-of-the-law mentality that has caused us to force spiritually square pegs in round holes in a desperate effort to make everything fit perfectly. Rather than ponder the things of God, we are taught to demand answers and then live by them like heartless robots. Breaking free from ideas about our purpose and calling can take awhile and usually does. Living in the wild is a time where each of us can get reacquainted with the things our heart originally desired but cast off in the name of &amp;ldquo;purpose.&amp;rdquo; It&amp;rsquo;s so exciting to realize that we just might be called to be free, and our purpose is not something we seek, but something we trust is in His hands entirely.</itunes:subtitle>

	<title>MIDWEEK - The Controlling Force of Fear</title>
	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Aimee talk about how much of our lives are controlled and dictated by fear. When we take an honest look at our lives and what drives our decisions and reactions to things it is amazing how much fear plays a dominating role. For many of us it has become the driving force behind everything we do. Acknowledging and identifying our fears is more than half the battle, because we rarely even know that it is fear that is controlling us. Once we are able to locate our fear and acknowledge it; freedom is just around the corner. The Free Believer life is many times a path of &amp;ldquo;fear detox&amp;rdquo; where we do nothing but acknowledge what&amp;rsquo;s driving us and make a conscious decision to go another way. Religion is driven by fear at every turn and for many of us, walking away from that world is like losing an accent. The fear of rejection is the power of religion. If you have stood up and taken a stand for what you believe in, you have already conquered 90% of the fear in your life. The rest is gravy.</itunes:subtitle>
<itunes:summary>Darin and Aimee talk about how much of our lives are controlled and dictated by fear. The rest is gravy.</itunes:summary>

	<title>Fellowship From the Inside Out</title>
	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Robert talk about what it really takes to KNOW someones heart. There is a level of intimacy that goes beyond small talk and inside jokes. It's deeper than knowing someones favorite color or what music they like. Knowing God's heart is not about reading Bible verses and taking notes during a sermon. He's not satisfied with studying &quot;about&quot; Him. He created us for a deeper connection. He created us to live from the inside out in our relationship with Him. This only is possible if we experience the same hurts and sorrows that He has experienced. Seeing the world from His perspective takes more than memorization. The great thing about all this is that this level of intimacy that He wants with us, is something that He brings about in the course of our lives. It's not something we can conjure up by trying harder. All we have to do is live life and trust Him.</itunes:subtitle>

	<title>MIDWEEK - Nothing Wasted</title>
	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Aimee meet in California with Mike Myers and Stacey Robbins for a few days of fellowship. The four talk about how easy it is for Free Believers to look at their past life and service in the organized church setting, and feel as though it was all for nothing. Many Free Believers honestly feel their Christian journey did not even begin until they came to the knowledge of the His love and grace. It&amp;rsquo;s easy to feel like everything in life before this revelation was nothing but a big waste of time because it was based on false information. This can amount to twenty or thirty years for some people. The question of the conversation is whether or not life in the institutional system was a waste of time. Did the real journey begin with the revelation of grace or did it begin at birth? This can be a huge point of frustration for many people because they feel as if a sizable chunk of their life has proven to be useless, worthless, pointless, meaningless and good for nothing.

	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Aimee talk about the transition many Christians go through from a principles based lifestyle to a heart based life. The idea of living life by a set of principles is really not possible if you want to be a heart person. Many of us have been raised on principles and formulas our entire lives and it can be difficult to give up that mentality and trust that the power to live life is something that happens naturally within each of us. Giving up the principles mentality opens the door to life and frees each of us to truly know Him from our hearts and become whatever He has created us to be.&amp;nbsp;</itunes:subtitle>

	<title>MIDWEEK - Reattaching Hope</title>
	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Robert talk about the undying need for hope in the life of the believer, and how we&amp;rsquo;ve been sidetracked and fooled into believing that it&amp;rsquo;s of little or no value. They discuss what has happened to our modern day understanding of hope and how it&amp;rsquo;s been torn away from the hearts of people who need it for survival in the wild. All things in life can be endured and conquered through the towing power of hope. However, when the tow line of hope is severed by religious manipulation, we become like a ship without sails. All direction and purpose is lost. Motivation, inspiration and determination take their last breath and fade away. The lifestyle of love causes us to spend a lifetime reattaching the hope lines to the hearts of hurting individuals and towing them towards the Father.</itunes:subtitle>

<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Aimee talk about the cycle that many Free Believers get caught in where they so badly don&amp;rsquo;t want to be like the institution they came from, they attempt to become the opposite of that system. Becoming the opposite of a thing is not the equivalent of freedom from that thing. True freedom comes when we are no longer concerned or preoccupied with NOT becoming one way, If we are striving to be the opposite of something we hate, we are just as much in bondage to that thing as ever. Freedom in the wild is about becoming a whole other animal that doesn&amp;rsquo;t even resemble what we&amp;rsquo;ve known in the past. It&amp;rsquo;s freedom to be whatever, without the concern for how it may or may not resemble something from your past.</itunes:subtitle>

	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Aimee talk about how even the decision making process is different in the wild. Having the freedom to trust our hearts and decide for ourselves is a huge step for many Free Believers. Many of us are still plagued with religious principals and bible verses when we face things in our lives and we&amp;rsquo;ve been conditioned to never consult our own heart. Once the fear of punishment is taken away it is literally like clearing the smoke out of a burning building. Suddenly the right to decide is much easier and less terrifying.</itunes:subtitle>

	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin, Aimee and Stacey Robbins talk about the importance of imparting revelation of yourself to others. For so long we have put the truth of ourselves on the back burner in an effort to help people get a revelation of Christ. We&amp;rsquo;ve never believed that there was any value in anyone getting a true revelation of us personally. We have been taught that it was all about Christ. Many of us have learned to hide ourselves away in seclusion and we call it humility. Becoming Christlike means that we will also find enjoyment in being known fully. There is something that takes place in the heart when we are known by another that cannot be replaced by anything. This is a great conversation with amazing implications.</itunes:subtitle>

<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Robert discuss the difficulties that many people have seeing God as &amp;ldquo;father.&amp;rdquo; Detoxing from religion in exchange for a God of grace and love is far easier than detoxing from our experiences we&amp;rsquo;ve had with our fathers. Many Christians prefer to view God as a majestic, untouchable ruler of the universe rather than a loving father because of the closeness that is required in the father/child relationship. There is a difference between being carried by an all powerful super hero and being carried by our father. It may not seem different because in each scenario, we&amp;rsquo;re still being carried, but apparently to God there is a huge difference. It seems that God is way more interested in creating a family then He is in creating a kingdom of god-groupies.</itunes:subtitle>

The key is for each of us to trust our own heart and have confidence that so KNOW truth. It&amp;rsquo;s easier to run after a leader and have them tell you who God is but once you realize He lives within you it is imperative that you learn to trust your heart.</itunes:subtitle>

This way of thinking leads people to disconnect and separate their hearts from others, and it encourages us to enter into a fake existence.</itunes:subtitle>

Being connected to the &amp;ldquo;I Am&amp;rdquo; is what life is about and the moment we try to &amp;ldquo;DO,&amp;rdquo; we become instantly disconnected. Life in the Spirit is about just being. Our religion has taught us that it&amp;rsquo;s our job to expand the kingdom and further it&amp;rsquo;s purposes. That mentality is an anti-oneness mindset that makes connecting with others impossible.</itunes:subtitle>

	<title>MIDWEEK - Redefining The Presence Of God</title>
	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Amy Ramos have a great discussion about how many of us have to learn to redefine what the presence of God really is once we leave the organized religious system. Most of us have grown up being taught that when we feel emotional and get goose bumps that means God is present. This way of thinking is spread throughout many Christian circles in America. Living in the wild can be a difficult time for many new Free Believers who feel abandoned by God because they&amp;rsquo;re unable to drum up the same emotions they got from their past group meetings. Giving up &amp;ldquo;mood theology&amp;rdquo; and believing is an essential part of finding freedom in the wild.&amp;rdquo;</itunes:subtitle>

	<title>Surviving the Alone Times</title>
	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>So many Free Believers find themselves all alone in the revelation they&amp;rsquo;ve been given about the Heart of God. Over time it&amp;rsquo;s easy to question whether or not this loneliness in this message will ever end. People living in small towns where being a Free Believer is like being the town witch, are asking in their spirits when this will end. Is there a purpose to this alone time or will we just die having had a better revelation of the Father? Darin and Amy discuss these questions and more in this latest episode of &amp;ldquo;Into the Wild&amp;rdquo;.</itunes:subtitle>

	<title>MIDWEEK - Over Spiritualizing Sex</title>
	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Aimee talk about how Christianity has over spiritualized the subject of sex and what the repercussions of that are to the individual heart. We have linked fear with sex and the results are catastrophic. Many people are caught in a world of shame and bondage because of their perceptions of the things they&amp;rsquo;ve done. The fear of what possible damage may have been done to our spirits is way more destructive then the actual incident. It&amp;rsquo;s time we revisited this subject and brought it back down to earth.</itunes:subtitle>

	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Aimee talk about the importance of gaining revelation of people if we want to gain revelation of God. This is a radical discussion with shocking implications to us all. Darin describes the necessity for &amp;ldquo;people revelation&amp;rdquo; as being the &amp;ldquo;missing link&amp;rdquo; to Christian thinking in our generation. It is impossible to know the heart of God unless we are willing to dive into the hearts of people and know them intimately. Gaining people revelation is every bit as important as gaining God revelation. You&amp;rsquo;ll enjoy this challenging discussion.

<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Amy Ramos talk about the long term effect on people who are forced to live in an unnatural state for a prolonged period of time. Most of what we consider a wicked heart or sinful rebellion is nothing more than the human beings reaction to being harnessed and controlled. We live in a unique generation of Christians. Almost all that is expected of us from our religion is unreasonable and many times impossible. Recovering from what Darin calls &amp;ldquo;Circus Madness&amp;rdquo; can take a lifetime for some of us. Having to relearn how to do the very things you were created to do is what many Free Believers are doing twenty-four hours a day in the wild.</itunes:subtitle>

This is an interesting conversation where they both try to find a place of grace in the midst of a traditionally heartless topic. It&amp;rsquo;s so easy to make the principals of God into a one-size-fits-all law over all mankind without considering the individual hearts of people. They talk about the long term damage that has been done to people in regards to this subject and how the church has dealt with it. Teachings that sensationalize and embellish any one subject like sex or marriage, almost set the people up for a life full of condemnation and guilt. The subject of sex has bound thousands of good people into a world of failure and regret. You&amp;rsquo;ll enjoy this challenging discussion.</itunes:subtitle>

	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Aimee talk about how Christians have been trained to study words and sentences in the bible, but have almost no concept of the essence of the gospel story as a whole. Darin talks about how much it irritates him when he finds book reviews that suggest that &amp;ldquo; The Misunderstood God&amp;rdquo; isn&amp;rsquo;t &amp;ldquo;scriptural.&amp;rdquo; The revelation of scriptures essence only comes when a person has opened their heart to love. Unfortunately, we live in a generation where theology, grammatical context and word origins mean more to us than the heart of what&amp;rsquo;s actually being spoken and the result is the same as it was two-thousand years ago; the actual person of God can stand right in front of us and we won&amp;rsquo;t know Him from Adam. Being a Free Believer is being a person who&amp;rsquo;s interest is always in the essence of scripture rather than the theology behind it.

Anyone who understands this terrible bondage will naturally want to lift it off anyone in their path. The grace message does this and more.</itunes:subtitle>

The longer we live in the wild, the clearer it becomes that almost 100% of what we did in the church world was motivated by fear. FEAR is truly the god of this generation of Christians. Darin and Aimee discuss making the transition from the fear-world to a world motivated by grace. Things like prayer, faith, worship, hope, giving and even love have been processed like chicken nuggets in the institution and pumped full of fear, then served to the masses. For many of us, letting go of fear is very much like dispelling cancer or detoxing from heavy drugs. It&amp;rsquo;s a life or death decision.

Many of us have been made to feel that if we desire companionship with another human being, we&amp;rsquo;re doing something wrong because we haven&amp;rsquo;t found complete fulfillment in Christ. Believe it or not, there are some areas in our lives that God has specifically designed to be lived out with other people. True spirituality is not when we replace those areas with our relationship with God, but when we embrace the fact that He designed us to find fulfillment in people. Unfortunately many well meaning people have been taught that any desire we have that is not centered on God Himself is sinful. This is just plain wrong.</itunes:subtitle>

If we take away the clich&amp;eacute;s and super spiritual pictures of what it&amp;rsquo;s supposed to look like, what will we have left? For some reason there is a constant tug in each of us to acquire the type of relationship with God that Moses had. We want to see God with our eyes, hear Him with our ears and touch Him with our fingers. The idea of Him living inside of us and being ONE with us has become unattractive to modern day Christians. What does the New Testament relationship have over the Old?</itunes:subtitle>

	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Aimee talk about how institutional christianity constantly looks at issues and makes judgments based on law and doctrine rather than looking at the real heart of the matter. The love of God goes deeper into the individual and has a different answer for each person according to their heart. Learning to function in that love is not something that can be taught or mapped out. Seeing the heart of the matter takes authentic love and is nearly impossible for the religious. This is an amazing conversation about refocusing our eyes to what really matters in any situation.</itunes:subtitle>

Often times people become so inundated with the language and mannerisms of a group they are involved with that they can no longer look past external expressions and see the heart. This is a human problem of the flesh. Heart people can see past any language or action and get straight to the meaning that lies behind. Living in the wild requires us to speak a thousand languages and understand them all. Only through love is this possible.</itunes:subtitle>

Only through love is this possible.</itunes:summary>

	<title>MIDWEEK - The Lust of Sensationalism</title>
	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Aimee talk about how sometimes we are baited back into the &amp;ldquo;performance christianity&amp;rdquo; world with super spiritual stories we hear from traveling evangelists. For some reason there is a part inside of all of us that desires a fleshy relationship with God rather than an intimate internal relationship. Walking away from modern day Churchianity is like putting down a pornography addiction. It continues to entice you and call you back. The excitement of what is promised in the Church sometimes outweighs the consistency of what is actually possible. Finding contentment in the real thing is what it&amp;rsquo;s all about in the end.

<itunes:subtitle>Darin, Aimee Dassele and Amy Ramos talk about Darin's latest Blog post, &quot;Ready, Set, LIVE&quot; and how people have responded to it. This is a discussion about how there is a point in each of our walks where we must move on from the IC conversation to actually living life. The revelation of grace and love is something that brings us all back to the starting line of life. Many people confuse that starting line with the finish line and they mistakenly believe that their freedom from the IC is what it's all about. Living life in our new freedom and moving on from the same conversation about our past bondage is a necessary part of life in the wild.&amp;nbsp;</itunes:subtitle>

	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin, Aimee Dassele and Amy Ramos talk about how in the Institutional world we are often convinced to ignore what we really want in life and desire what we should want. In the midst of trying to want what you &amp;ldquo;should&amp;rdquo; want, many of us lose track of who we really are. Sometimes in life you have to come to a point where you are just truthful with yourself about who you are and what you desire. Whether right or wrong, knowing who you really are is key to knowing and relating to the Father. We spend more time trying to be something we aren&amp;rsquo;t then we do just being who we are and living life from there.</itunes:subtitle>

	<title>Standing Up For Yourself</title>
	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Robert discuss the institutional mentality that tells us we have to stay in relationships that are abusive because it&amp;rsquo;s the &amp;ldquo;Christian&amp;rdquo; thing to do. As each of us take responsibility for our own lives we come to a point where we must decide if we want real friends or fake friends. The Church world has taught many of us to give in to having fake friends in the Name of Jesus. Authentic relationship happens when you are honest with yourself about who is taking from you and who isn&amp;rsquo;t. It&amp;rsquo;s not a matter or being unforgiving or hateful, but it IS a matter of standing up for yourself and demanding authentic relationship. Real relationship adds too life. It doesn't deplete it.&amp;nbsp;</itunes:subtitle>

	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Aimee talk about the modern day Christian view of God and punishment. It seems we attach our fear of punishment on just about everything having to do with God. Our theology plays a big role in our thinking this way. If it is true that &quot;perfect love drives out fear because fear has to do with punishment;&quot; we must be missing something. Until we understand exactly what happened on the cross we will always be tied to this fearful way of thinking.</itunes:subtitle>

<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Aimee talk about whether or not it's okay to distance ourselves from abusive family members. At what point is it okay to pull someone from your life? Are we supposed to endure regular abuse because we're Christians? This is a great talk that most Free Believers can relate to. Getting out of the institutional church world is one thing, but getting that world of fake friendships out of you is another. Many Free Believers find that once they're out of the religious system, they have to re-prioritize their &quot;relationships.&quot; Getting rid of &quot;fake friends&quot; and demanding real relationship is perhaps the hardest step that any of us could take. There's a wilderness of loneliness that's inevitably at the beginning of that process.</itunes:subtitle>

<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Amy have a brilliant conversation about the difference between institutional relationships and real relationships. Everything in Christianity is separated into categories. You don&amp;rsquo;t have to keep track and count everything you do. Leaving the world of categories and trusting that something natural may develop is the first step for most Free Believers to find something authentic with God.</itunes:subtitle>

<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Amy Ramos question whether the revelation on God&amp;rsquo;s heart is God&amp;rsquo;s responsibility to give it or a person&amp;rsquo;s responsibility to receive it. How much of this is in our hands and how much is in God&amp;rsquo;s hands? The discussion takes a turn about midway and they begin talking about the lopsidedness through which many people view the heart of God today. Many hurting Free Believers find themselves creating their own safe version of God because they&amp;rsquo;ve been spiritually abused for so long in the past. While this is fine for a season and many times completely necessary, could it be that we are cheating ourselves out of having the full package relationship with God thats out there for each of us?</itunes:subtitle>

This is a topic that is so over taught in Christian circles that it seems to have lost it&amp;rsquo;s punch. Many of us have either freely given our identities away or they been stripped from us by our religion. The sad result is seen in the lost mindsets of this generation. People have almost completely lost touch with themselves. Helping believers rediscover the path to finding their identity once again is a passion that The Free Believers Network and Family Room Media share together.</itunes:subtitle>

Many of us fall into the trap of over analyzing our every motive with everything we do. We worry excessively whether or not we're self medicating or slowly becoming addicted to something. Are we running from our problems? Are we rejecting what God has for us and relying on something else? Are being mastered by something other than God? Are we not finding enough joy in Christ that we have to substitute it with medication? These questions can drive us crazy and deplete our happiness in the wild.</itunes:subtitle>

So many times in Christian circles we are encouraged and even dared to step outside of our humanity, despise it, ignore it and even lie to others about it. We have been raised to believe that there is something wrong with our flesh. Many Christians have fallen into the trap of trying to make believe that they are all spirit and they should reject any human part of themselves. Could it be that true spirituality is actually embracing our humanness and living openly and honestly within that realm?</itunes:subtitle>

<title>MIDWEEK - What to do with the good</title>
	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Amy talk about how the residue from our past religious experience can come in many different forms. Many times people feel that healing from the terrible lies about God&amp;rsquo;s heart is all that&amp;rsquo;s needed for a person to shift their focus and begin life in the Wild. Many people find that they have to also weed out the positive lies they&amp;rsquo;ve been indoctrinated with. We have been taught to approach our relationship with God with expectations in our minds as to what fulfillment in christ will look and feel like when it happens. Those expectations and directly related to false information we are all told in the original sales pitch of Christianity. Shedding that stuff is key to living free in the wild.

<itunes:subtitle>Darin, Aimee Dassele and Amy Ramos talk about how suffering might actually be a gift from heaven. The three discuss how the level of freedom that a Free Believer experiences in their heart is directly associated and fueled by the level of pain and bondage they came from before they discovered grace. This is a two part challenging discussion that will make you rethink some of your former opinions on the subject of suffering. Could it be that we actually needed the bondage we came from in order to appreciate the freedom we now have?</itunes:subtitle>

	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Robert talk about how the institutional church has contorted the lines of relationship between men and women to the point where it&amp;rsquo;s nearly impossible to have any productive or normal relationship with a member of the opposite sex. The teachings that suggest that men should only hang out with me and women should only be friends with women are stifling and oppressive. Living in the wild has with it a wonderful restoration of true relationship regardless of the sex of the person. Men have also been confused by institutional teachings on what &amp;ldquo;manhood&amp;rdquo; is all about. Modern day Christianity has feminized men and has taken away their strength and will to be themselves.

<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Robert discuss Darin&amp;rsquo;s recent trip to Huntsville Alabama and how receptive the people were to the message of grace. The conversation turns to the question of whether or not the FULL grace message can be preached without compromise in an institutional setting. Both Darin and Robert come to the conclusion that grace must be grown in soil that is not contaminated with forced doctrine. So many times, well meaning preachers and teachers attempt to dictate when, where and how an individual receives revelation from God. Grace is a revelation that must come from the Holy Spirit in a timing that is perfect for the individual receiving it.</itunes:subtitle>

	<title>The Ideal Self Struggle</title>
	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Aimee talk about the plague of a low self image that so many Christians struggle with on a daily basis. We all have a vague, impossible to reach picture of what we should look like, but we never stop to analyze whether or not that picture is even obtainable or real. With so many teachings in Christianity that praise a low self image it can sometimes be next to impossible to embrace the real self within us without purposefully seeking out imperfections and fault at every turn. Self esteem is EVERYTHING in the journey of life. Breaking free from the rut of self loathing is absolutely essential to living a healthy life in the wild.</itunes:subtitle>

	<title>MIDWEEK- Rebuilding Self-Esteem</title>
	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Amy talk about how the Christian religion has taught us that self esteem and confidence are the same as pride. Many Free Believers find that after leaving an institution that regularly taught them to believe that their hearts were deceptive, it can take a lifetime trust themselves once again. Building inner confidence even feels prideful and wrong to many of us but having a healthy self esteem is absolutely imperative. Self loathing has become more than a habit in our thinking. It has become an epidemic among Christians that has taken the very life that Christ came to give us. The heart of the Father is to see us confident and secure in ourselves. How we feel about ourselves means more to the Father then almost anything.</itunes:subtitle>

	<title>Hand-me-down Revelations</title>
	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Aimee discuss how easy it is for the revelation of God&amp;rsquo;s heart to become secondary to the millions of other teachings that spring forth in Christianity. We must never forget that ALL truth is born from the revelation of God&amp;rsquo;s love for us. The FBN can be summed up in three words; &amp;ldquo;God is Love.&amp;rdquo; It is from within the fire and substance of THAT ONE TRUTH that everything we do and teach is derived. The Free Believer message is NOT &amp;ldquo; You don&amp;rsquo;t need to go to an institutional church.&amp;rdquo; The Free Believers message is &amp;ldquo;GOD IS LOVE.&amp;rdquo; Everything else is secondary and sadly there are people who mistake the secondary stuff to be the actual revelation. Nothing we believe or do will ever make sense until it is viewed through the lens of &amp;ldquo;GOD IS LOVE.&amp;rdquo;</itunes:subtitle>

Nothing we believe or do will ever make sense until it is viewed through the lens of &amp;ldquo;GOD IS LOVE.&amp;rdquo;</itunes:summary>

	<title>MIDWEEK - Having Eyes To See</title>
	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Aimee talk about how their former religious mindset had rendered them legally blind to God&amp;rsquo;s presence because they were taught the He didn&amp;rsquo;t exist in anything outside of church or the bible. The most exciting thing about becoming a Free Believer is the renewed vision that comes from shedding ourselves of dogmatic teachings and self righteous rituals. It turns out that God&amp;rsquo;s beauty and presence can be seen in just about everything. Amazingly, we can even learn about His heart from people and things that don&amp;rsquo;t have the Christian emblem flashing all over it. If we have a heart after Him, we will see Him in everything. Having the freedom to see the heart of God in places that were formerly off limits is one of the most beautiful things about living in the wild.</itunes:subtitle>

Understanding full acceptance and Agape love from the Father breeds a realness and transparency in each of us that is imperative to our survival.</itunes:subtitle>

<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Amy Ramos discuss the power of tradition and how tossing is out is not always the answer. Many Free Believers have gotten into the habit of throwing out everything that looks like, feels like or tastes like tradition. It&amp;rsquo;s easy for us to believe that anything tradition is wrong. Some things became tradition and some things were born tradition. Finding the difference and embracing the power of real traditions is important and powerful. Free Believers in the wild can and should find what traditions are helpful and good. This is a subject that has been overlooked by many of us. This discussion takes a second look at traditions and why they&amp;rsquo;re important.</itunes:subtitle>

	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin, Amy Ramos and Aimee Dassele talk about how the institutional church has taught us to &amp;ldquo;win souls&amp;rdquo; by pressuring people to be born again as soon as possible. Everyone moves at their own spiritual pace, so when we manipulate other people&amp;rsquo;s growth, we are actually inducing labor in the Spirit and the results are devastating. Then the conversation takes a turn to how this principal applies the Free Believers world. Many times Free Believers pressure people in the church system to get up and leave, years before they are ready. Leaving the institutional christian system is a process that is different in everyone&amp;rsquo;s life. It&amp;rsquo;s important that as Free Believers we commit ourselves to patience and understanding. Each person grows at a different pace and whether or not they ever leave that religious system is between them and God.</itunes:subtitle>

This is a great talk about how we raise our children to be people with hope and something to look forward too. What is the essence of walking in the Spirit? Sometimes we can find ourselves going through all the motions in an effort to rekindle the Spirit of excitement in our lives. The key is not necessarily to recreate what you did last year, but to create something new out of the Spirit of Christmas you have in you today.</itunes:subtitle>

	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Aimee discuss how difficult it is to stop using God as an excuse to not connect with others. Institutional Christianity is notorious for finding ways to retreat from relationship in the name of God. One of the things that happens when we commit to living in the wild is that we no longer allow ourselves to blindly use Christian lingo as a way to hide from intimacy with others. We also begin to take a more serious look at what actually IS God moving and what is people moving in love. Finding the difference it key to true relationship and intimacy.</itunes:subtitle>

<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Robert discuss growing up and maturing in our understanding of what spirituality really is. The institutional church has taught us that we need to be totally dependent on God for everything. Real spirituality is a picture of a an unborn child in the womb, still needing the mother for food, blood, oxygen and life. Growing in our spirituality cannot happen until the cord from mother has been cut. For many people getting to a point of maturity seems wrong because it goes against everything they&amp;rsquo;ve been taught in church.</itunes:subtitle>

Getting to the point where we don&amp;rsquo;t worry about things like our purpose, our inner healing and our spiritual growth is a freeing place to be. It&amp;rsquo;s nice to know that God has set everything up in our lives to run by itself without our having to monitor it minute by minute.</itunes:subtitle>

That immediate freedom has such a light and easy feeling that it&amp;rsquo;s easy to think that, that is what it&amp;rsquo;s all about. The truth is that our freedom continues to grow in every level of life and the longer we live in the wild, the more we begin to see how many areas of our lives are yet to be free. The freedom to finally be ourselves and to explore the depth of that is perhaps the most exciting prospect yet.</itunes:subtitle>

The Free Believer message about God&amp;rsquo;s love is not a separate topic or thing that is reserved for conversation or debate when the time is right. When we become one with this message it is the essence of us that we are presenting to people. We need to never take this lightly. The message within us must be protected and nurtured. Deciding who to bring it too is as important as deciding who to marry. It&amp;rsquo;s that personal.</itunes:subtitle>

	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and his wife Angie talk with Angie&amp;rsquo;s sister Amy about how it was in the early days when Darin first began preaching the grace message. Many couples struggle because one person has received the revelation of grace and the other hasn&amp;rsquo;t yet. Darin and Angie were no different. This is a great conversation where Angie recalls all the feelings she first had when Darin started preaching something she had never heard of before in her life. If you, or anyone you know is in this situation; this is a great discussion for them. Not all couples get this together. There is something special to be found in getting it separately.</itunes:subtitle>

<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Aimee talk about what is more important in the Christian life; religion or relationships. Many of us are faced with this very question when someone we love and believe in has experienced something first hand that we don&amp;rsquo;t believe in. At what point do we allow ourselves to reconsider things we may have made our minds up on? Does relationship take precedence over things we &amp;ldquo;hold to&amp;rdquo; or is it the other way around? At what point is relationship more important to us then religion?</itunes:subtitle>

	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Aimee talk about the danger of a religious mentality taking over the hearts of Free Believers. Sometimes peer pressure takes precedence over what we would do naturally from the heart. When that happens we are as much in bondage as we have ever been in the past. Some of us tend to stomp out new growth in our lives and strangle natural expressions of love because it reminds us of something in our poisoned past. Committing to allow our faith to take whatever shape it decides is part of wild living. It is religion that holds back the growth.

	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin, Brian and Amy talk about getting back to the middle part of you. Many of us spend more time trying to learn things from someone else then we do actually consulting our own hearts for the answers. We've been trained to be cluless as to what God is saying at any given time, because we have been trained to deny our hearts. Living in the wild as a Free Believer is about learning to live from the middle part of you. It's returning to our hearts and trusting the truth we already know.</itunes:subtitle>

	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Aimee talk about the spirit of blind allegiance that has come over our Nation. When people stop thinking for themselves, the danger of total collapse is intensified a hundred fold. This is a religious mindset that affects both the spiritual and physical world. The two also discuss the parallels between the fall of American religion and the fall of our American economy. What is happening in the church seems to be a mirror image of what&amp;rsquo;s happening in politics. The Free Believers message is not just limited to belief in God. It&amp;rsquo;s a lifestyle that MUST be lived in ALL areas of life!</itunes:subtitle>

<itunes:subtitle>Darin, Brian and Amy Romas challenge the modern day Christian perspective of receiving the gospel of truth. Are we teaching it to others, or do people already have it alive in their heart? Could it be that we are resurrecting it within people rather than implanting it? Many people attribute their spiritual insight and knowledge to their having come to Jesus, when in reality they always had that insight. While coming to Jesus may complete that insight and put a name to it; it&amp;rsquo;s not birthing it for the first time in a person&amp;rsquo;s life. God was working in us long before we became Christians.</itunes:subtitle>

<itunes:subtitle>Darin interviews author Frank Viola, and the two have a great discussion about how the modern day American Church views Christ. Jesus has become nothing more than a teacher of morality to many Christians today. The actual message of the Gospel has been distorted, and people now spend more time learn ABOUT Jesus, then they do experiencing Him. The days of WWJD bracelets and accountability partners are coming to an end. This generation is calling for something more powerful and real then what they&amp;rsquo;ve been given. Frank shares great insight and heart in his latest book, &amp;ldquo; From Eternity to Here.&amp;rdquo; His heart is to return people to the heart beat of God.</itunes:subtitle>

	<title>MIDWEEK - Super-spiritual Expectations</title>
	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin, Brian and Robert discuss how Christians have been served a puffed up version restoration and healing. Many Christians live in constant guilt and condemnation because their lives and relationships haven&amp;rsquo;t experienced the healing they were promised by their religion. Because of the unrealistic expectations many of us were raised with, we often hold off on living life until we achieve the healing we were told about. Living in the wild is all about letting everything go and learning to create a new life altogether. All of our institutional ideas of what God will do in our life, are many time nothing more than a marketing ploy to get people to sign on the dotted line and join our religion.</itunes:subtitle>

	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Brian, Darin and Robert Ramos talk about how the Institution has programed us to view relationships from a selfish perspective. We are taught that we connect with people for what WE can get out of the deal. Living in the wild is a process of relearning how to love from and outward perspective. Love is not self-seeking. The experience of love is not when you receive it, but when you give it. Relationships are needed in the Christian life because we need someone to love, not because we need someone to love us.</itunes:subtitle>

	<title>MIDWEEK - Free Falling</title>
	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Aimee talk about how the transition from institutionalism to living the wild can be a difficult culture shock for Free Believers. Institutionalism tends to have an &amp;ldquo;answer&amp;rdquo; or a &amp;ldquo;belief stance&amp;rdquo; for everything. When a person enters the wild, they often feel they need to new answers to replace the old answers, but often times we find that there just are no answers at all. Part of being free is not knowing the answers and being content with that. Without extensive doctrine, rules, traditions and structure, we often feel like we are free falling through life, relying wholly on grace to hold us and keep us.</itunes:subtitle>

Darin speaks with three Free Believer women who are raising children outside of the typical church culture. The discussion is about whether or not we can &quot;train&quot; our children to know God. Is parenting about teaching obedience, and getting our kids to think like us or is it about connecting with them and encouraging heart-living? Letting go of the parenting-standards of the religious past is perhaps the most difficult thing to do when it comes to rearing children in the wild. &amp;nbsp;</itunes:subtitle>

	<title>Plan Theology</title>
	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Aimee talk about how as a Free Believer we have to spend time unlearning what we've been taught about how God works in our lives. Allowing our perceptions of God to fall away can sometimes be a life long process. This discussion centers around the Christian teaching that we've all grown up with about God having a plan for our lives and what that mentality creates in each of our hearts. This is a tough topic, but one worth thinking about. &amp;nbsp;</itunes:subtitle>

	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin and Aimee talk about leaving the institutional version of worship and learning to find the true essence of what worship is in the wild. Opening our heart to the possibilities of something entirely different than what we've grown up seeing, can be intimidating for a new Free Believer. Worship is perhaps the biggest ball and chain that the Institutional system uses to keep it's people. You'll enjoy this show.</itunes:subtitle>

<itunes:subtitle>This is a mid-week interview with Stacey Robbins. Stacey has been in full time IC ministry for years and is now a Free Believer and living in the Wild. I think she has one of the most amazing hearts of anyone I've even known. You’ll be hearing a lot more from Stacey in the future but I wanted to introduce her here first and give everyone a chance to encounter her heart. We are going to start doing more mid-week interviews, so be sure to check in regularly. By the way, the opening music to this show is Stacey. Go to www.staceyrobbins.com to find out more. </itunes:subtitle>

	<itunes:author>Free Believers Network Panel</itunes:author>
<itunes:subtitle>Darin, Aimee and Robert discuss how many Free Believers entered the wild because they were burned by their Church, and how that sometimes affects their contentment and confidence in the wild. Many of us feel like our decision to live in the wild is only valid if we left on our own without being hurt or pushed out of Church. This conversation is reassuring to anyone who wonders if they are truly a Free Believer or if this is just a season or a phase they are going through after suffering abuse. The three also talk about ways to find healing from religious abuse. This is a must hear show!!! </itunes:subtitle>

After having come through so many tangled and confusing charismatic teachings on this topic; many people are in need of a complete overhaul in their thinking. This is a great conversation with lots of laughs and common sense thinking.</itunes:subtitle>
