“The Automatic Diet” is a free download on the Nook. I haven’t read the book so I can’t offer an opinion about it but I did read the introductory reviews and it sounds like it might be good. Based on those reviews, it sounds like it’s not another quick loss method but a lifestyle change. I’ve discovered that quick loss methods don’t tend to have a long term success rate. Anyway, I thought the author might offer some good suggestion which might be helpful for those who are seeking a healthier lifestyle.
As of this posting, the book was free but confirm that before you download it as the price of free books do change at times. It may also be free on the Kindle but I didn’t check.
