You two are absolutely correct. It is so difficult to be a reasonable human being in this day and age. I witnessed the UTTER HATRED both sides of the Political line have for each other. It’s not enough to disagree with a person’s point of view- you have to not only DISAGREE with the person, it seems like our society encourages you to HATE the other. It doesn’t help that it’s so easy to live in your own Bubble of Belief. If I didn’t know better, I would believe the entire world Hated Trump because I’m surrounded in a world who does. I stand out because I don’t HATE the man. I feel bad for him and I do not believe he is a good president but I don’t hate him. I’ve been accused of being his supporter simply because I’m reasonable. I believe a 2 party system has encouraged dualism and this tribalism. I checked out of both of them to not play the game...
It seems this podcast has almost totally stopped. I miss the old days - where is Aimee these days? I know Darin moved but it would have been nice to have Aimee or Robert back occasionally.
